Terms of service.

Last updated: 2026-05-05. By using greety.online you agree to these terms. The plain-language version is below — the long form is the one a court reads.

Who we are

Greety is operated by Greety Pte. Ltd., a private company incorporated in Singapore. References to “Greety,” “we,” or “us” mean the company; references to “you” mean the registered account holder.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Some content is gated as 18+ and requires additional verification before viewing.

Account

You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private; enable two-factor authentication; tell us within 24 hours if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, and we’ll explain why where local law allows.

Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.
  • Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or hateful.
  • Solicit prostitution, escort services, or illegal substances.
  • Push contact off-platform before a meet is confirmed.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish Greety content at scale.
  • Reverse-engineer, attack, or probe our systems.

Repeated or serious breaches result in account termination and may be referred to local law enforcement.

Hosts + listings

Hosts are independent operators, not Greety employees. By listing a meet, stay, sit, or au-pair offering, you warrant that your offering is legal in your jurisdiction, that you hold the rights to all uploaded media, and that the description is accurate. You set your own price (within the 50–5,000 points band) and your own schedule. Greety takes a 6% platform fee and a 2% gift tip fee.

Bookings + escrow

Points purchased on Greety are held in escrow by a regulated payment provider until both parties mark a meet complete. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the meet; within 24h, half refunds. Properties have stricter cancellation rules — see the listing card. Disputes are triaged within 72 hours; failed disputes default to the guest in good faith. Repeated host losses trigger account review.

Content + intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Greety a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing material. You can revoke this license by deleting the content; Greety will remove it from active surfaces within 30 days but may retain backup copies for up to 90 days.

Greety branding, the “Greety” word mark, and our design system are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission.

No warranty

Greety is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the platform up, the verification rigorous, and the trust theatre honest, but we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. You meet other users at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greety’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is capped at the amount you paid Greety in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Disputes + governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC rules, unless your local consumer-protection law requires a different forum (in which case the local forum prevails for consumer claims only).

Changes

We may amend these terms; we’ll email you and post a banner on the homepage at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
