Acceptable use policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to every person who accesses Greety — guests, hosts, creators, members, and visitors. By using the platform you agree to comply with the AUP at all times. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, escrow forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement.

You may not upload, post, broadcast, transmit, or link to any of the following:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including animated, drawn, or AI-generated. Zero-tolerance, instant ban, mandatory NCMEC report.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — content depicting any person who has not given explicit, ongoing consent for that specific upload.
• Deepfakes or AI-generated likenesses of real people without their written consent.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or simulated violence/rape.
• Hidden-camera, voyeur, or upskirt content.
• Trafficking, prostitution, or escort solicitation in any form.
• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances.
• Weapons, explosives, or instructions for either.
• Hate speech targeting a protected class (race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality).
• Self-harm or suicide promotion.
• Doxxing or publishing private contact info without consent.
• Stolen photos or content where you do not hold the rights.

• Impersonating another user, public figure, or Greety staff.
• Operating multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
• Pushing contact off-platform before a meet is confirmed.
• Requesting payment outside the Greety points + escrow system.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or the recommendation system.
• Scraping, mass-downloading, reverse-engineering, or probing the platform for vulnerabilities.
• Uploading malware, phishing pages, or malicious links.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions, age gates, or paywall protections.

Greety is not available to users physically located in countries where its services are illegal. We block access from sanctioned jurisdictions (current OFAC + UK + EU lists). Attempting to bypass these blocks via VPN or proxy is a Tier 2 violation.

We act on AUP violations through three escalating tiers (warning → suspension → permanent ban) detailed in our community standards. The most severe categories — CSAM, NCII, off-platform pressure on minors, trafficking — skip directly to permanent ban and law enforcement referral.

Greety reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and to cooperate fully with law enforcement and court orders.
