Transparent by default
We publish a quarterly transparency report. We pay people fairly and tell them what their peers earn. We say what we don’t know.
Distributed but anchored
Most of the team works remotely across SEA + Aus. Four anchor offices for trust ops, engineering, and HQ. Quarterly all-hands in person.
Bias for the host
When a tradeoff comes up between platform polish and host livelihood, we pick the host. The platform is a means to their end.
