Complaints policy.

Last updated: 2026-05-05. The fastest path is the in-app Reportbutton. Use the form below if you don’t have a Greety account.

If you are in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first. Then email safety@greety.online with the subject line “URGENT”. Our trust team monitors that inbox 24/7.

What you can report

Use this procedure for any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. The most common categories:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — content of you published without your consent.
  • CSAM — suspected child sexual abuse material.
  • Deepfakes — AI-generated content using your likeness without your consent.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing.
  • Impersonation or identity theft.
  • Stolen photos — content where someone else holds the copyright.
  • Off-platform pressure — being pushed to messaging apps, payment apps, or in-person meetups before booking.

Copyright takedowns (DMCA) have their own procedure — see /copyright.

How to report

  1. Use the Report button. Every profile, listing, message, and photo on Greety has one. It auto-attaches the target ID, content hash, and timestamp.
  2. If you don’t have an account, email safety@greety.online with: the URL of the offending content, screenshots, your name (or pseudonym, with proof of identity attached separately for NCII cases), and a description of why it violates our policy.
  3. For NCII cases involving you personally, you can also file via StopNCII.org. Their hashed-fingerprint system blocks the content across partner platforms including Greety.

What happens next

  1. You receive an automated confirmation within 5 minutes.
  2. A human triages the report within the SLA below.
  3. For severe cases, content is hidden pending review (within 1 hour).
  4. We may contact you for additional information; we will never share your identity with the reported party.
  5. You receive a final outcome notice with the action taken (or why no action was taken). Appeals on outcomes go through a second curator within 5 business days.
